The song describes fear as a serious physical experience.
“Fear is paralyzing my body, fear is laming all my thoughts...
These last years of the pandemic, the Russian-Ukrainian war and inflation with all its consequences have created a constant level of fear in our society.
“Fear” describes the breaking out of fear of death, childhood trauma, and the fear of severe punishment if you don’t behave as expected.
Exclusion, humiliation, condemnation, humiliation, ridicule, non-perception and execution have been and are popular methods against women and people who have the courage to speak out about injustice.
Musically, “Fear” has become a powerful work. Drums and powerful bass lines create a punk undertone, in contrast to the propelling saxophone, while my voice expresses the struggle against the flow of fear, against drowning, against mental and physical breakdown and disintegration.
“So I’m fighting my fear, hold my head high, for not to drown in this ocean of fear.”

Lyrics

Fear is sneaking ´round the corner,
Fear is biting in my legs,
Fear is speaking in all tongues,
Fear is hammering in my head.

Fear is paralyzing my body,
Fear is laming all my thoughts,
Fear is screaming in my ears,
Fear attacks me every day.

So I’m fighting my fear,
Hold my head high,
For not to drown
In this ocean of fear.

Fear is closing me in darkness,
Fear is wrapping me in clouds,
Fear is drying out my throat,
Fear is taking away my breath.

So I’m fighting my fear,
Hold my head high,
For not to drown
In this ocean of fear.

Focus on my way,
Doing step by step,
Burning inside,
In cold fire of fear.

So I face my fear,
Try to hold on,
Not to break down,
Do the best I can.

So I’m fighting my fear,
Hold my head high,
For not to drown
In this ocean of fear.
